Ashton Warren came to NYC in 2005, to go to FIT, chasing her dream of making wedding dresses. After graduation she enrolled in the Pastry Arts program at ICE, to conquer both wedding cakes and dresses.

While Ashton was launching her business, she took a hostess job at Restaurant Marc Forgione. With persistence, Ashton quickly made her way into the kitchen and Lady Ashton’s Chocolate Cake became the signature dessert of the restaurant. Ashton soon became the Executive Pastry Chef.

While Pastry Chef, the restaurant received 2 stars from the NY Times, citing her dessert in the review and consecutive years of a Michelin Star.

Since leaving the restaurant Lady Ashtons been a Pastry Consultant and Pastry chef at different restaurants and bakeries throughout NYC and New Jersey.

During the pandemic, Ashton launched her online bakery, Lady Bakery and Parlor. Over the last 2 years, she’s offered custom desserts, monthly pastry subscriptions, catering, and holiday gift boxes. She hopes to have a store front soon and finally have the bakery of her dreams.
