Cooking was a natural fit for Chef Franco Dominguez, who first came into the kitchen as a young man just looking for a job. With the help of his mentors, the Pubela, Mexico native quickly developed a passion towards the culinary arts and the rush that came from guests who expressed their satisfaction with his dishes.
