Biography

Executive Chef and Co-Owner Antimo DiMeo was born and raised in Southern Italy, where food and cooking were a way of life. His early exposure to the Italian culinary culture led him to pursue a career in the restaurant industry, working under two-time Michelin Star winning chef Gennaro Esposito of La Torre Del Saracino on the Amalfi Coast. DiMeo later moved to Philadelphia, where he continued to hone his craft and define his culinary identity.
