Brett A. Reichler, originally from Flushing, NY, is a seasoned culinary professional with a diverse journey in the hospitality industry. Over the years, Brett has held key roles in various establishments, showcasing his expertise in culinary management.
Beginning his career at London Lennie’s Restaurant, Brett streamlined kitchen operations and maximized profitability, setting the stage for his future success. He then moved on to executive chef at Blue Water Grill, then to BR Guest, where his skills in such key areas as menu planning, inventory management, marketing, operations, and leadership allowed him to move into more advanced roles.

Noteworthy among his experiences is his tenure at Gotham Seafood as Director of Operations, where he implemented systems and process enhancements that significantly improved efficiency and compliance.

Brett’s journey also led him to Henry Life Hotel, where he collaborated on developing a casual dining menu. Additionally, he served as Chef Partner at Hospitality Firm, spearheading projects like Chefs Local Harvest and Urban Space and establishing new culinary concepts in multiple food halls throughout Manhattan.

In 2023, Brett returned to Gallaghers Steakhouse as Director of Operations, a position he’d held previously in 2017, bringing his wealth of newly-gained experience and leadership back to the renowned, legendary establishment. With each role, Brett continues to leave his mark on the culinary landscape, demonstrating his passion for excellence in every dish served.

An alumnus of Boston University and the Culinary Institute of America, Brett’s culinary prowess has earned him recognition on platforms like Good Day New York, The Today Show, and Dr. Oz. Beyond the kitchen, Brett is an avid runner, having crossed the finish line multiple times in both the New York City Marathon and the New Jersey Marathon.
