1 oz Amaro Montenegro
1 oz Lustau Amontillado Sherry
0.5 oz Cumin-infused Honey
0.5 oz Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.25 oz Giffard Apricot Liqueur



Combine ingredients into shaker tin with a few pellets of pebble ice and whip briefly, then pour contents into plastic Honey Bear jar, top with more pebble ice, and present in rocks glass filled with pebble ice and pineapple leaf.
