Brian’s passion for the kitchen started at a young age, back then enjoying cooking Pizzas with his mom.
A student of the kitchen, Brian has studied culinary arts and combined that with business management. Since joining our Bastard Burgers team Brian has grown from strength to strength and we are lucky to have him embark on this journey with us.
Brian leads our only kitchen in the US and is part of a greater team of 76 other restaurants through Sweden, Norway and Finland.”
