Her signature cookies the cookies everyone dreamt of and talked about, was the Dolcini. The Dolcini ( pronounce: Dol-chee-knee) is a perfectly balanced, baked bite of buttery deliciousness. Memories of Nonna’s perfect Dolcini inspired us to continue her tradition.
The Dolcini has set the standard for all our baked creations. We went back to Nonna’s recipe box for her old biscotti and have created new recipes like our new amazing moist Olive Oil Citrus Cake and our perfectly portioned personal cakes. These 3 inch works of wonder are adorable to look at, a treat to enjoy and available in all our favorite flavors including sprinkle all over, Chocolate Salted Caramel, and Tres Leche.
