Chef Chris Graziose’s love for cooking grew out of his grandmother’s kitchen. Born and raised in Floral Park, New York, he started cooking age professionally at age 17 and went on to be executive chef at Whalers, Del Frisco’s and Cowfish before joining City Winery in 2021. Chef Graziose’s passions in life are food, wine and music, making City Winery an especially exciting place for him to bring his talents. He loves working with local ingredients and being part of a team that feels like family. Chef Graziose has never stopped believing in the power of the hospitality community to unite people around the table—especially if it’s with delicious food and wine.
