What is your favorite NYC restaurant? And what is your go-to dish? My favorite NYC restaurant would be Dallas BBQ. I know it sounds cliche, but honestly there food is always on point. You can never go wrong. They bring you tasteful comfort food. My one go-to-dish from home is a sandwich. Yes, I am like Joey from Friends (LOVE my sandwiches). But from Dallas BBQ's, I would say a quarter honey basted chicken, a baked potato, cornbread and coleslaw. I can taste it now. What is your ultimate meal? My ultimate meal would be my Seafood Masterpiece Platter! My team and I are seafood lovers so I created this platter especially for us. The platter contains snow crab legs, sauteed Cajun shrimp, corn on the cob, steamed broccoli and red potatoes, and smoked turkey sausage. What three things are always in your pantry? The three things that are always in my pantry are lots of seasoning, hot sauce, and honey. If you weren't a chef, what would you be? If I wasn't a chef, I would be life coach. I am a very motivated and driven individual. I know that with the knowledge and huge heart that I have I can help anyone in making their dreams reality. If you could cook with anyone, who would that be? Michelle Obama. That is one inspirational women. She is a lawyer, writer, and mom. I always say that if I get the chance to cook for her and she loves my food, I've officially succeeded. If I could, I would make her my HOT DAMN! platter which contains my famous Wooh! wings, cheesy bacon bombs, spinach and cheese empanadas and mini toasted fajitas. What’s your favorite NYCWFF memory? My favorite memory would be my team and I serving our signature Giant Chicken Pom Knots and some guys falling in love with 1 bite and offering us $20 to buy a whole one. The feeling of someone loving something you created is like no other.
