PapiVivi started from a father & daughter bond that highlighted the love they had for their city, culture, and sandwiches. The time spent together in the kitchen making sandwiches, listening to music, dancing, and laughing lead them to venture out to see how their fellow New Yorkers would respond to their sandwiches. They started handing out their signature sandwich (Tripleta) sliders to their fellow New Yorkers across all 5 boroughs. The positive feedback was tremendous. They started handing out their signature sandwich (Tripleta) sliders to their fellow New Yorkers across all 5 boroughs. The positive feedback was tremendous. To see the smiles on others’ faces and feel the energy from being able to provide their sandwiches, was addictive. They documented this through Instagram and they immediately started receiving messages and requests across the country to cater events. Since then, they have sold their famous Puerto Rican sandwiches at NYC street fairs, events, and breweries. We cannot wait to serve you with what we know: love, humility, and sandwiches.
