In addition, he was the Head Baker at Bartlett House, in Ghent NY, and Essen Bakery in Philadelphia PA.
In early 2024, Craig eagerly joined the Redwood Hospitality group as Head Baker of Laurel Bakery. At Laurel, Craig is applying his varied experience and knowledge on the bakery’s menu featuring French and European breads and pastries. Craig, along with a talented team of bakers, are crafting classic bakery fare with a modern touch.
