My name is Danny “Dino” Rella I started working with Di Fara
3 years ago doing deliveries around the neighborhood,
delivering sandwiches for Dom’s son. I realized that we had
seating next door to Di Fara in Fats Café and I figured I could
help out with the line and bring the first 20 or so customers into
the seating area and reassure them about the pizza coming
despite the long wait for the Pies. I started to make myself a
little extra income waitering and collecting tips as well as
connecting with our customers. Going into 2018 Di Fara Opened
in Williamsburg and they realized they were in need of a pizza
maker. When I was introduced to the opportunity, I was a quick
learner in making quality pies and I have been blessed with
being able to use the best quality products which are tasteful and
delicious and be a part of a family business operated since 1965.
