    What is your favorite NYC restaurant? And what is your go-to dish? It changes often, but my current favorite NYC restaurant is Narcissa -- and I can't visit without having the rotisserie beats.

    What is your ultimate meal? Soup of any kind!

    What three things are always in your pantry? Lots of different salt, mushrooms, sesame oil.

    If you weren't a chef, what would you be? I'm just a bartender turned bar and restaurant owner, but I've always wanted to be a chef!

    If you could cook with anyone, who would that be? My husband. Cheesy but true.
