Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients:

Garlic
Carrots
Onions
Celery
Pancetta
Ground Veal
Ground Pork
Ground Beef
Tomato paste
White wine
Parsley
Half n half
Tomato sauce
Chicken stock
Fresh parmesan

Directions:

– Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high. Add pancetta and cook until golden (about 2 -3 minutes)

– Add garlic, onion, carrot, and celery, and cook, stirring often, until just beginning to slightly brown for about 10 minutes (adjust heat if mixture is browning too quickly)

– Add beef, pork and veal and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently and separating meat with a wooden spoon, until no longer raw and pink for about 10 minutes. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder

-Add tomato paste and cook for 1 minute

– Add tomato sauce

– Pour in wine and mix it all up

– Add half n half

– Add thyme and 2 bay leaves

– Throw in 6 cups of chicken stock

– Salt/pepper/ parsley and garlic powder again

– Cook on low for 30 min

– After 30 min add fresh parm and more parsley and serve
