Chef Deepak, an Alumni of the Culinary Institute Of America, grew up in Bombay, India, is a true hospitality veteran. He started his career at the luxurious Taj group of hotels and brought with him his strong culture of spices and warm hospitality to launch “Soon to be the world renowned” International Wings Factory aka IWFNYC , the non traditional wings themed restaurant. IWF makes over 20 different globally spice infused sauces on premises to pair with wings. Over the years IWF has received many accolades and recognition. Such as feature in NBC live, CBS news, Fox 5, NY Times, Food Insider, Buzzfeed’s link of Top 28 NYC restaurants, Refinery29 and many more.
