Biography

Chef Andrew graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2008. His experience comes from many years working at Buddakan NYC and Talde in Brooklyn. He went on to become the Corporate Chef of Dale Taldes, Three Kings Restaurant Group. Chef Andrew joined STK Midtown in the fall of 2017 as Executive Chef of STK Midtown. His superior leadership and creativity quickly lead him to the role of Executive Chef for the New York Market for both STK locations.
