Growing up in France, he found his passion for cooking while working in his family’s restaurant with his father and siblings and attending culinary school in Paris. Chef Dusmane previously worked at Heartland Chop House & Heartland Brewery before
continuing his culinary career at Morton’s The Steakhouse in Stamford, Connecticut where he resided for ten years before becoming the heart of Mastro’s Steakhouse in New York City.
Just recently, Chef Dusmane celebrated his 20th anniversary at Mastro’s Steakhouse and with each role, that he has taken on he continues to be the perfect example of what a leader truly is.
