Brooklyn born and raised in Chinatown, Chef Chris Cheung is the owner of East Wind Snack Shop. He has cooked with Jean Georges Vongeritchten, and Nobu Matsuhisa, and was Executive Chef of Ruby Foo’s and The Monkey Bar. His culinary journey features travels to China, cooking banquets in a country side farming village, to being Anthony Bourdain’s guide to NYC’s Chinatown.
