Emily Fedner is the content creator and recipe developer behind @foodloversdiary known for sharing recipes rooted in her Eastern European culture and sharing off the beaten path restaurant recs in NYC and beyond, like Phayul. Outside of her slice of the social media universe, she is the co-founder of Petite Pasta Joint, a 26-seat pasta pop-up known for its tickets that sell out in under 2 minutes, based out of the NYC’s historic Raffetto’s. She is also the co-host of the Friends of The Anthony Bourdain podcast, which revisits the places Bourdain traveled to and explores what’s changed since he last visited, as told by his friends.
