A native of Naples, Italy, Enzo Febbraro’s passion for cooking was sparked as a youngster, learning as his mother and grandmother perfected their family heirloom recipes. After graduating from culinary school in Italy, he embarked on a career that led him to the kitchens of three-star Michelin restaurants in Paris, Nice, Munich, Madrid, Milan and London. In 1996, he arrived in the United States to join the culinary team at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. One year later, he would relocate to Washington D.C., first working at Georgetown’s Cafe Milano, before helming the kitchen at the acclaimed D’Acqua and D’Acqua Cafe and Forno, where he served his acclaimed ingredient-driven cuisine to diplomats, entertainers, and Beltway politicians, as well curating special menus for Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush. Febbraro joined the Wynn Las Vegas team in 2013 as the executive chef of the newly opened Allegro. Enzo has made numerous appearances on such shows as CBS The Talk; NBC Today and Hallmark Home & Family. In 2024, he was honored by the Italian Trade Commission for his many efforts to support Italian cuisine.
