Eric is a culture seeker who pivoted his career early on to find his place cooking in London, Northern Spain, and Italy. Once taking over the culinary program as a Managing Partner and Executive Chef at Compagnie de Vins Surnaturels, he found extraordinary pleasure in breathing new life to the convivial nature of a wine bar setting. The people, the buzz, and the connection to farmers, in the vineyards and fields alike, fuels Eric to create a kitchen focused on respect, sustainability, and community. His ultimate passion lies in the desire to shift the traditional perception of the industry to one of inclusivity and well-being, while celebrating individuality and empowerment within his team.
