Chef Natacha ’s inspiration came from a young age, as she was helping her mother in the kitchen, while cooking traditional Haitian food. Growing up, she wanted to expand her culinary repertoire adding a variety of other cooking techniques and methods.

Her goal is to have the entire world discover creole cuisine, one house at a time. Creole cuisine is an invitation to travel, with its exotic flavors, colors and spices.
