Hollis Barclay is Owner and CEO of Bleu Fin Bar & Grill and the CEO at Hbar Holdings LLC. She is responsible for managing a high-quality fast-paced seafood restaurant and bar and has the ability to train staff to the highest standards of customer service while ensuring increased customer satisfaction, reduced staff turnover rates and a 98% increase in sales through upselling and cross selling techniques. Prior to taking this role in 2019, Hollis was Operations Manager of CareOne Staffing, procuring multi-million-dollar contract-based commodities and services within public sector agencies, including MTA, NYC Agency for Children’s Services, NYC Dept. of Corrections, NYC Office of Chief Medical Examiner and NYC Dept. of Finance, Westchester City. Prior to that, Hollis was the CEO at the Hibiscus Health & Wellness Center. Hollis earned an AAS in Fashion Merchandising Management and a BA in Advertising and Marketing Communication from Fashion Institute of Technology, FIT in 2002.
