Ivan Octaviano originally from Puebla, Mexico, started his career in 2012 at popular spot called Yerbabuena as a line cook, Chef Mario Hernandez would become his mentor and friend, his determination and perseverance quickly paid off and became Sous Chef.

His passion for food was notable and he quickly realized cooking was what he loved to do.

He then worked at many other kitchens alongside Chef Mario including Ofrenda and eventually was left in charge of it.

12 CORN TORTILLAS
1 HEAD OF CAULIFLOWER
1/2 CUP OF OLIVE OIL
1 CANE CHIPOTLES IN ADOBO
1/2 CUP WALNUTS
3 SP OF CAPERS
1/2 CUP CHOPPED PARSLEY
2 LEMONS
1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM
SALT TO TASTE

Recipe Instructions:
CUT THE CAULIFLOWER IN LITTLE PIECES ABOUT 4 INCHES
BLEND DE CHIPOTLES AN MIX WIT THE WALNUTS, PARSLEY, LIME JUICE TOOSE COLIFLOWER IN THE MIXTURE AND BAKED FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES
HEAT THE TORTILLAS, PUT SOME OF THE CAULIFLOWER ON TOP ADD SOME OF THE SOUR CREAM AND THE MARINATED
