Jake Leiber is a Chef Partner at Wythe Hotel, running both le Crocodile and Bar Blondeau alongside his co-partner, Aidan O’Neal. A New York local, Jake was ushered into the hospitality world at a young age, inspired by his Mother who was a long time Maitr’d in the city. He landed his first restaurant job at Barbuto by the James Beard Award Winning chef Jonathan Waxman, before going on to work at renowned NYC eateries including Manresa (3 Michelin Stars), Estela (1 Michelin Star), and Il Buco Alimentari e Vineria. Jake also opened New York Time’s 2-star French bistro Chez Ma Tante in Greenpoint, and currently runs it with Aidan O’Neal.
