Jerry Rotunno opened his first restaurant at age 28. An entrepreneur at heart as well as a dedicated chef, Rotunno imagines, builds, designs, and manages each and every one of his locations.

Born into the family catering business, Rotunno fell in love with the hospitality industry

Born into the family catering business, Rotunno fell in love with the hospitality industry
and decided to follow in the footsteps of his mother and grandmother by setting his sights on a career in amazing food and unsurpassed service. While learning the ins and outs of the industry, Rotunno achieved an associate’s degree in restaurant management
from Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia, PA. From there, he continued on to Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management.
