Joe’s inspiration for Goldbelly came after graduating college in Nashville, moving to the big apple, and longing for buttermilk biscuits, bbq, hot chicken and other Tennessee delicacies. He decided to reach out to Loveless Cafe, The Rendezvous, and Prince’s Hot Chicken to see if they could ship his cravings north and BAM! Goldbelly was born.
