Jonathan Adler has spent the last 15 years working in fine dining establishments after completing his culinary degree at ICE. He worked at some of the top establishments in the country as a chef including The Breslin, Gramercy Tavern and Contra in New York City and Saison in San Francisco. He was on the culinary and beverage team at the 3 Michelin star Singlethread Farms in Sonoma Country before returning to New York where he is now the beverage director for noda and Shinji’s.
