Josh Capon is the executive chef partner behind Downtown NYC favorites Lure Fishbar (NYC + Miami), B&B Winepub, El Toro Blanco and Bowery Meat Company. In 2017, he opened the fast casual Bash Burger at New York’s Citi Field based on his 6 time award-winning burgers from the New York City Wine & Food Festival and South Beach Wine & Food Festival’s Burger Bash event. In addition to numerous daytime TV appearances, Capon starred in Spike TV’s cooking competition show, Frankenfood. Broadcast: The Rachael Ray Show, The TODAY Show, and The Chew.
