Biography

Chef Juan Arboleda, has over twenty five years of culinary experience. He joined The Capital Grille as a Sous Chef and was promoted to Executive Chef Partner of The Capital Grille Chrysler Center, New York in 2010. Prior to The Capital Grille, Arboleda worked as the Executive Chef of a multi-unit Italian restaurant concept in New York City and trained in Northern Italy.
