Julie Waxman is the Founder and CEO of Baked in Color, the original rainbow chocolate chip cookie company, based in Westchester County, NY. Prior to launching Baked in Color, Julie founded, operated and sold a cookie company during her years at Cornell University, perfecting what would later be the starting point for the rainbow Baked in Color chocolate chip cookie. Julie then worked corporate retail for several years at Saks Fifth Avenue and Macy’s, honing her business skills, before launching Baked in Color in 2016.
