Chef Kin began his culinary journey when he was 17 years old studying abroad in South India. It was then he discovered his passion and love for creating art through food. Once he returned back to his home country of Bhutan he began his career by working at Taj Hotel. After moving to the US he continued to pursue his culinary journey and fell in love with Japanese cuisines. By fate, after a few years in 2017, Chef Kin met Chef David Bouhadana which began his story with the Simple Venue Hospitality group. For the last 6 years, Chef Kin has worked as David Bouhadana’s right-hand man as he helped open more than 15 locations under the Simple Venue hospitality group thus earning himself the title of Corporate Executive Chef.
