Lauren Radel is a trained chef from Le Cordon Bleu in Southern California. Starting her cooking career at Drago Centro in Los Angeles, she then moved to New York to work in Michelin Star restaurant, Oceana. After quickly moving up the ranks, she took a sous chef position at Porsena, and then Chef De Cuisine at Empire Diner. She has cooked all over the US and world for various culinary events and as a Culinary Producer for television shows. Lauren is currently a restaurant consultant, recipe developer, and entrepreneur. She, along with her partners, have created a hospitality group, Hunter Lake Provisions, that will be opening Porchetta in their new building; Marlowe and Eddies Community Market, in the Catskill Mountains this coming year.
