What is your favorite NYC restaurant? And what is your go-to dish? I honestly don't have a favorite restaurant: Brooklyn, where we live and work, has so many great options that I can't pick up one. I want to eat well and healthy, and that's driving my choices. And I love the restaurateurs’ community I live in: young, vibrant and always inspiring. What is your ultimate meal? Polenta with Brasato. What three things are always in your pantry? Pasta, Extra Virgin Olive oil, Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese If you weren't a chef, what would you be? I'm not a chef! I'm a regular guy who makes good Neapolitan pizzas and with the amazing help of my partners, runs a business, taking care of customers and employees and I am lucky enough to be able to do the other things that give me joy in life: being with my family and sport! If you could cook with anyone, who would that be? My grandma Rachele, who I knew only for few years. I know she was an amazing cook and I could learn so much from her.
