Born on January 14th, 1985, in the capital of Portugal, Lisbon, Chef Luis Parreira showed his love for cooking at an early age. He graduated from Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Algarve, Portugal; on his path, he had the opportunity of working in renowned restaurants and hotels, places like Vila Joya, Guia-Portugal, Dona Filipa, Almancil-Portugal, Pine Cliffs Resort, Albufeira-Portugal & AP Eva Senses and Faro-Portugal, from here comes his in inspiration and coast flavors. In the US, Chef Luis’s path starts at Aquario in Westchester, NY, and Douro in Greenwich, CT; while working on the Paris Cafe menu, where Chef Luis is the Executive Chef, he had the opportunity to work at Hunt & Fish NYC with his mentor and friend Chef Chad Brown.
