Greg Fosdal is a passionate restaurateur and entrepreneur, hailing from Brooklyn, New York. His love for food began at an early age and has remained with him ever since. By the age of nine, Greg was already working at a pizza shop. He later transitioned to working at a beverage store and then a private retail company. At 18, Greg owned his first business, and just three years later, he opened his first restaurant.
Nearly a decade later, Greg launched the NYC Ice Cream Company, where he had the opportunity to work with emerging chefs who are now famous on the Food Network.
Currently, Greg is the proud founder of DaddyO’s Restaurant Group, which includes DaddyO’s BBQ & Sports Bar and Malone’s Chop House, with more exciting projects set to debut this fall. Greg is both goal-driven and dedicated, with a mission to help others succeed while continuously transforming companies from the ground up. He is proud to contribute to the vibrant food scene in NYC, offering unparalleled dining experiences.
