Bowery Kitchen Supplies is a local retailer of professional Kitchen supplies. Started in 1996 by two great friends Howard Nourieli and Robyn Coval. We began our journey selling both new and used equipment but have since tailored our philosophy based on the needs of our community. Inside of Bowery Kitchen Supplies we have Bowery Eats a little sandwich shop with a big heart. We make all meats fresh in house and serve sandwiches, wraps and salads to our loyal followers and those who stumble upon us hungry after shopping the aisles of kitchen supplies. We just launched our Jamaican lunch box with Mechel Thompson formerly of Maroons in Chelsea and are serving delicious authentic Jamaican fare.
We pride ourselves on serving our customers with service and a smile!!!

Recipe Name:
Robyn’s Jewriqua Chicken Soup

Recipe Ingredients:
Organic chicken breast / Spanish onion / garlic / salt / black pepper/ celery / carrots / parsnips / paprika /cumin /dill / parsley/ cilantro

Recipe Instructions:
Saute chicken with garlic and onion until it’s almost cooked through, add spices and pour water over chicken until it’s about 1-2″ covered. Add carrots celery and parsnips and add water over that until 1-2″ covered when it starts to boil add layers of water and salt water and salt until you almost reach the top of the pot. Add herbs last preferably in an herb sock or metal herb ball to keep soup “clean” make sure you leave a few pieces for color at the end when you serve.
