Rigatoni Amatriciana

Recipe Ingredients:
Rigatoni Pasta
Tomato Sauce
Guanciale
Pecorino Romano
Pure alluminium fry pan

Recipe Instructions:
dice guanciale, stir fry it in the pure alluminium pan, no oil, add then pure tomato sauce, cook it together for 15
min, add cooked al dente rigatoni, add generous pecorino romano, cook them together for 5 minutes, plate it and enjoy it, less is more !
