Biography

I’ve been working in food my entire life, moving between restaurants and sandwich shops until I found a quaint little sandwich shop in Millburn. My husband and I saw tremendous potential and we’ve worked tirelessly ever since to create new and interesting sandwiches that elevate the classics while embracing the new. If I’m not in the kitchen at my shop I’m in the kitchen at home. And if I’m not in either of those places I’m probably in a hammock next to the ocean.
