Nile’s obsession with donuts started 9 years ago while studying Ecological Engineering at OSU. His path quickly shifted while pursuing creative opportunities in the donut industry, and a vision to reinvent the donut was born. Grounded in commitment to designing a product and experience that goes beyond the traditional donut, his genuine passion for serving others has built a strong foundation of relationships with the communities, farms, and ingredient partners Holey Grail works with. With quiet precision and a relentless focus on innovation, Nile is leading Holey Grail by advancing sustainable indulgence with the original taro donut. Holey Grail seeks to use donuts as a vehicle to increase food system awareness and access through building made-to-order retail footprints without compromising the original product and experience.
