In addition to bringing Puerto Rican food back to the Lower East Side, my goal for this restaurant is to help my family members who are autistic. There’s nothing that would make me happier than serving my family’s recipes while being able to positively impact the lives of autistic individuals. Therefore, a portion of all proceeds will be dedicated to Autism Speaks.
