As an Italian restaurant we cook elegant, rustic, honest food that brings back traditional, nostalgic flavors, and also new inspired dishes from places we love. We base our menu on local and seasonal ingredients often coming from farms in Upstate NY and local green markets. Our wine program focuses on natural wines produced using traditional methods and sustainable processes while our bar program highlights artisanal and local spirits with an emphasis on women-led teams and minority-owned brands.

The restaurant reflects our passion for food and hospitality. Walking into our dining room will feel like you’re walking into the home of your good friends. Our goal at Aita is to create for you a moment of sharing, of emotion, and of memory but most importantly, to see a smile on your face.
