James Beard Award winning Chef Roberto Passon has had over 20 years of culinary experience. Beginning at a young age Passon began his career at the famed Hotel Cipriani in Venice, Italy. Born in Italy’s Friuli region, Passon studied at the Italian Culinary Institute in Venice, worked at hotels and restaurants throughout Italy and Switzerland. Chef Passon has been an integral part of the New York culinary world since early 1996.
