My grandfather owned and operated Rincon Criollo in Cuba from 1950-1962. His Younger Brothers learned from him and opened their Rincon Criollo in Queens NY in 1976. I was very fortunate to learn from my Great Uncles from a very young age as I was raised in my Great Uncles Kitchen.
