Samantha Davis is the Culinary Director and partner of FieldTrip and Chef de Cuisine of Henry at Life Hotel as well as the subterranean bar Gibson + Luce. Chef Sam is first generation Jamaican-American who is creatively influenced by Caribbean cuisine, bringing a passion for spices, unexpected pairings, and food exploration.
