A New Jersey native and graduate of the New York Restaurant School, Chef Erin Shambura is excited to once again be working alongside Owner and Beverage Director Joe Campanale at Fausto, in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Erin’s extensive travels through Northern Italy coupled with her experience working in some of NYC’s most respected kitchens, including The Mercer Kitchen, L’Artusi, Lupa and Del Posto, have honed Erin’s love and appreciation for Italian cuisine.
