Shawn Peled, the creator of Yardsale Cafe, has always been passionate about blending the old with the new. Growing up, his grandmother Marta’s kitchen was his sanctuary, where the scents of her Eastern European Jewish recipes sparked his love for baking. Inspired by her techniques and driven to innovate, Shawn has dedicated his career to creating pastries that honor her legacy while embracing modern flavors.
