Peter comes to us having spent the last decade cooking for the best chefs in the world, Joel Robuchon’s L’Atelier, David Bouley’s Danube, April Bloomfield’s Breslin, Veritas, and The Four Seasons Hotel.  Born and raised in New York, his affection and knowledge of New York City, its food scene and patrons are second to none.

In BarBacon, his first venture, Peter seeks to capitalize on this talent with menus focused on the ultimate craving and supreme ingredient…Bacon. Treating and giving bacon the attention it rightfully deserves. Peter intends to seek out the very best bacons from all over the country and pair them with local craft beers and artisanal spirits. Similarly, his menus are purposefully designed to enhance the different nuances of the unique bacons he finds.

Here at BarBacon, it’s all about the bacon. We welcome all bacon lovers from around the world and we pride ourselves on creating a fun, relaxed environment for both our guests and our team. We are unique in that our guests walk in the door happy and excited about bacon. It is simply our job to keep them happy. We are both a neighborhood bar with devout regulars as well as a destination for foodies across the country. No matter who walks in the door, our guests should always feel as though they are in their friendly neighborhood bar.
