Hi!

My name is Stephen Rodriguez and I am 29 years old. I was born and raised in Queens, NY of Dominican immigrant parents. The art of food and music has been a driving force of who I’ve become, and the person that I am still blossoming into. There’s something about feeding people that brings so much fulfillment into my life.

Whether it is being complimented on a dish I bring to a holiday dinner, or watching my children feast on our authentic Dominican dishes on “Sunday Fun-days,” bellies full and glasses running empty are key ingredients to a perfect day.

There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t dream about leaving a mark of innovation on our culinary heritage. Creating a dish is like listening to a new favorite song. You know how great it makes you feel, you just can’t really explain why.
