Thierry Atlan is a renowned French chocolatier whose passion has pushed him to master his craft. Atlan first fell in love with chocolate through his apprenticeship with Jean Pilippe Charpot of Maison Charpot Chocolatier in Troyes, France, over 30 years ago, and has since dedicated himself to producing the finest chocolates and macarons. 

In 1997, Thierry Atlan received the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier, distinguishing himself as one of the best chocolate makers in the country. Atlan eventually dove into entrepreneurship and started his own consulting company which took him all over the world. In 2013, he moved to the US where he began producing chocolates and macarons for wholesale clients including high end hotels, restaurants, and bakeries, making him the only Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier in the United States. In 2015, Thierry Atlan launched his eponymous brand of upscale chocolates and macarons with his daughter Julie, who shares his passion for excellence and French savoir-faire

Thierry Atlan is dedicated to providing customers with the highest quality product, meticulously crafting all of their chocolates and macarons in a local New Jersey facility. In 2022, Thierry Atlan plans to open his first retail shop in New York City’s SoHo, offering the best artisanal chocolates, macarons, and ice cream.
